Betting tips on Telegram: signal vs scam
Telegram is full of channels selling "VIP picks" with doctored screenshots. Before you pay anyone — or follow anyone for free — here is how to evaluate a tips channel, and why we publish our algorithmic picks openly instead.
Red flags in a tips channel
- "Guaranteed" or "fixed" matches — genuine fixed-match sellers do not exist at retail; these are pure scams.
- Win screenshots without a verifiable, timestamped history of every pick, including losses.
- Pressure tactics: "only 3 VIP slots left today".
- Accuracy claims above ~60% on evens odds — statistically implausible over any real sample.
- Payment only in gift cards or crypto to a personal wallet.
What a legitimate source looks like
- Full pick history visible before you subscribe, losses included.
- Stakes and odds recorded at publication time, not edited after the match.
- Reasoning behind each pick, not just a scoreline.
- No promises — a long-term ROI figure with sample size, if anything.

Almost never. If someone truly beat the market consistently, selling $20 subscriptions would be irrational. The business model is subscriptions, not betting.
